Each question you ask the AI assistant about your home counts as one query — things like "when was the boiler last serviced?" or "what paint colour is in the living room?". Browsing your documents, photos, and records doesn't use your limit.
AI can make mistakes. Queries are consumed whether or not the response is accurate, and we don't issue refunds for incorrect or incomplete answers. Always verify important information before acting on it.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time. If you upgrade, you get access straight away. If you downgrade, changes take effect at the start of your next billing period so you keep what you've paid for.
Your home passport stays read-only. Everything you've added, documents, records, photos, remains yours to view. You are now limited to the free tier which includes 25 AI queries per month and you can no longer manage additional properties until you reactivate.
The Free plan gives you full, permanent access, no card, no expiry, no catch. You only upgrade if you need more than 250MB storage, want more than 25 AI queries a month or need to manage more than one property.
